Peco-InspX offers two high performance glass-in-glass X-Ray inspection systems: the SHIELD Trio and the ScanTrac Glissando. The Trio offers very high speed (> 1,000 containers per minute) non-contact container inspection.

The Trio leverages 3 X-Ray beams powered from a single X-Ray tube to provide 3 individual “looks” at each container, which allows optimal detection of asymmetric pieces of foreign material such as glass shards.

The Glissando offers higher inspection performance but requires the transfer of containers onto the machine’s internal conveyor.

3 Beams Powered by a Single X-Ray Tube

The Trio offers the power of 3 X-Ray beams with the simplicity of a single X-Ray tube. This design offers maximized performance with minimum cost of ownership.

Small Line Footprint

The Trio is the smallest footprint dedicated glass X-Ray inspection system available on the market today. The Trio requires less than 3 meters (9 feet) of linear line space and certain applications require even less space.

High Reliability Non-Contact Inspection

Because the Trio mounts over the top of the customer’s existing conveyor, this means that there are absolutely no conveyor transfers into the machine for inspection. This design minimizes risk against conveyor jams over transfer points.
