The MultiTrac is a versatile multiple inspection system or ejector-controller which identifies and rejects defective containers for as many as four different inspections performed simultaneously. The MultiTrac controller coordinates events detected by external sensors and signals an ejector to divert packages.
Operational Ease of Use
MultiTrac offers the convenience and flexibility of online help and step-by-step setup. On board diagnostics readily detect and pinpoint any cause of system failure. Implementation of diverters is easy and techs are available for live assistance.
Data Acquisition
The MultiTrac continuously accumulates data while simultaneously tabulating and displaying inspections, production rates and distribution statistics in real time.
Multi-Product Memory
The system’s multi-product memory minimizes down-time at change-over by recalling up to eight inspection and rejection parameters. Consistency and repeatability is guaranteed and quality is assured.
Rugged Durability
The FEMA4 enclosure is ruggedly engineered for long-term survivability in the harshest environments originally designed to meet the needs of processors and fillers who wanted the benefits of integrated inspection where pressure and steam wash downs are the norm.
Diverse Rejecter Options
MultiTrac can be paired with any of Peco InspX’s long-lived, low-maintenance case or container rejecters. Peco InspX’s high-speed container rejecters smoothly eject any size or shape of open or closed containers at 2,400 CPM. Heavy duty case ejectors can reject up to 50 pound cases at 150 CPM.
Flexibly Integrations
The MultiTrac accepts open collector of DC logic signals which can be logically related (e.g., eject if A, B or C is open)
Manufacturers can easily operate at speeds over 1000 containers per minute - Peco InspX offers inspection, checkweighing and fill monitoring capable to match such performance.
Peco InspX strives to deliver the very best service in the industry and the quality of our service is well recognized across our global customer base.
