Peco InspX to Exhibit at PACK EXPO International 2026 – Visit Us at Booth S-2058!

We’re excited to announce that Peco InspX will be showcasing our latest inspection technology at PACK EXPO International 2026 in Chicago. This premier event runs October 18–21, 2026, at McCormick Place, the largest packaging and processing show in North America, drawing more than 48,000 attendees and 2,600-plus exhibitors across 40-plus vertical markets. You’ll find us in the South Hall at booth S-2058, and we can’t wait to meet you.

This year our focus is simple: high-speed, high-precision inspection that never touches your product. As line speeds climb, the pressure on quality control climbs with them, and Peco InspX systems are built to keep up without slowing you down or adding contact points to your line. Here’s what we’ll be highlighting.

Non-Contact Checkweighing

Traditional checkweighers rely on physical contact and moving parts that wear, jam, and struggle at speed. Our X-ray-based approach measures the true mass of product inside every container, non-contact, at full line speed, with no belts to maintain or transfers to engineer. You get accurate fill verification on 100% of production, not a sampled fraction, and you stop giving away product to overfill.

SeamTrac Legato

Come see the Legato, the first inline, 360-degree, non-contact seam inspection system. It sets a new standard in canning quality control with real-time defect detection, advanced seamer monitoring, and precise headspace control. Multiple overlapping X-ray beams let the Legato inspect within multi-layered seams to catch a range of defects that other methods simply cannot see, helping canners find seam problems and seamer drift before they turn into rejects or recalls.

Advanced Foreign Material Detection

At the core of every Peco InspX system is industry-leading contaminant detection. Our X-ray platforms reliably find metal, glass, stone, bone, and dense plastics, even in the most difficult locations inside a sealed container, while maintaining the lowest false-reject rates in the industry. Better detection with fewer good containers thrown away means safer product and a healthier bottom line.

Empty Glass Inspection

We’ll also be demonstrating our empty bottle inspection (EBI) capabilities for glass. Inspecting empty containers before they’re filled catches cracks, chips, and foreign material upstream, protecting product quality, reducing downstream line disruptions, and keeping defective glass out of your fill process.

And much more. From full container inspection to fill-level monitoring across food, beverage, and pharmaceutical applications, our team will be on hand with live demonstrations and ready to talk through your toughest inspection challenges.

Mark your calendar for PACK EXPO International 2026 and stop by booth S-2058 in the South Hall. We look forward to connecting with you, showing our systems in action, and discussing how Peco InspX can take your line to the next level.

See you in Chicago!
